Data processed and purposes
- Orders and purchases: name, address, email, telephone number and order details, to manage purchases, shipments, in-store collections, invoicing and customer support (legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations).
- Customer area: registration data to access your account (performance of a contract). If you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides us with the name and email address of your Google account; your Google password never reaches us.
- Tournaments and events: registration data to organise the event (performance of a contract).
- B2B retailer area: business details (company name, VAT number, address, SDI code or certified email (PEC), contacts) to verify the access request and manage orders, shipments and invoicing (performance of a contract and legal obligations).
- Newsletter: your email address only, to send you news about releases, pre-orders and tournaments (legal basis: the consent you give by subscribing, which can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us).
- Contact requests: data you send us by email or telephone, in order to reply to you (legitimate interest).
- Statistics: browsing data via cookies, only with your consent. See the cookie policy.
Payments
Payments are handled by certified providers (for example Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full card details.
Recipients of the data
The data is processed by authorised personnel and by providers acting as data processors: the platform hosting the website and online shop (Wix.com), payment providers, couriers for shipments and, if you consent, Google for statistics. Some providers may process data outside the EU with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
Retention
We keep order data for the period required by tax law (10 years), account data for as long as the account remains active, and contact data for as long as necessary to reply.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@templegames.it. You may withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (garanteprivacy.it).
