1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern purchases made on the website by consumers and business customers. The rules on the right of withdrawal and on the legal guarantee set out in the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) apply only to those who buy as consumers. By sending an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Each order is governed by the terms published at the time you send it.

2. Products and prices

• The main features of each product are described on its page. Images are for illustration: for single cards, the features stated on the product page apply.
• Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are extra and are shown before you confirm the order.
• For shipments outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
• If a product turns out to be unavailable after your order, we let you know and refund the amount paid for that product.

3. Pre-order products

For pre-order products, the release date shown is the one given by the manufacturer or distributor and may change: if it does, we let you know by email. We ship the product as soon as it is delivered to us. If the manufacturer or distributor does not deliver it to us, we refund the full amount paid.

4. Orders and payment

• To order, add the products to the cart, enter the requested details, choose shipping or in-store pickup and pay with one of the methods offered at checkout.
• After ordering you receive a confirmation email with a summary: the contract is concluded when you receive the confirmation.
• Payment is taken when you order. Payment details are handled by the payment providers: we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and in-store pickup

• We ship within Italy and abroad, at the costs and within the times shown on the Shipping and returns page. Unless a different time is stated, we deliver within 30 days of the order.
• You can also collect your order free of charge from our shop in Imola, Via Bruno Buozzi, 3.
• The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the products.
• If the parcel arrives damaged, report it to the courier on delivery and write to us with a few photos: we will help you sort it out.

Shipping and returns

6. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a person you name other than the courier, receive the products; if the order arrives in several deliveries, it starts on the day you receive the last product.

• How to withdraw: send us a clear statement by email to info@templegames.it or by post to GEAR S.A.S. di Zappi Lorenzo e C., Via Bruno Buozzi, 3, 40026 Imola (BO), Italy. You may use the form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the 14 days run out.
• Returning the products: send the products back to GEAR S.A.S. di Zappi Lorenzo e C., Via Bruno Buozzi, 3, 40026 Imola (BO), Italy, without delay and in any case within 14 days of telling us that you are withdrawing. You pay the cost of returning them.
• Refund: we refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal. We do not refund the extra cost of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard one, if you chose it. We use the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied proof of having sent them.
• Condition of the products: you are liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. For example, a sealed box, pack or deck that is opened loses most of its value: this is why we ask you to return sealed products unopened.
• Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to tournament registrations and other events with a fixed date (Article 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code).

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

If you buy as a consumer, the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code applies: we are liable for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery. If a product is faulty or different from what you ordered, write to info@templegames.it with your order number and a few photos. You are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and, in the cases provided for by law, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.

8. Complaints, applicable law and disputes

• For a complaint, write to info@templegames.it with your order number: we will reply as soon as possible.
• Sales are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the more favourable mandatory rules of your country of residence still apply, and disputes fall under the courts of the place where you live.
• You may also use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure, as provided for by Articles 141 and following of the Italian Consumer Code.
